How was the new menu created and who is behind it?
Our chef Andrej is behind the new menu together with F&B manager Adam Jakubčík. The goal was not to create another "tourist menu", but to offer honest cuisine that makes sense in the context of beer culture.
The menu combines traditional Czech dishes prepared with respect for the recipe and quality ingredients with more modern elements, such as burgers, brisket or shared snacks. We do not shy away from new flavors, but at the same time we make sure that the classics taste the way they should.
