I HAVE A (GIFT) VOUCHER
To redeem your voucher, please follow these steps:
- In Step 1, check the box for the Booking / Voucher Reference Number.
- Enter your voucher reference number and your name.
- Select your preferred date of visit.
If you have purchased the voucher online, please follow the instructions on the voucher.
I ALREADY HAVE A BOOKING AND WANT TO CHANGE IT - 24 hours before the visit.
If you already have valid tickets, click on the button below and:
1) Fill in the REFERENCE NUMBER, which can be found right below the QR code on your ticket.
2) Fill in the SURNAME USED FOR BOOKING
3) Adjust the booking as required.
To modify your reservation for BEER SOMMELIER DINNER, please contact us at info@pilsnerexperience.com or by phone at +420 601 601 842.
You will be able to download your modified tickets once you complete the process.
Use the same procedure if you want to cancel your reservation.

Yes, of course. Although we can't serve our beer to visitors under 18, The Original Tour is enjoyable even without the beer tasting.
Yes.
We serve hot and cold food both in the Výčep U Zvonu and at the end of The Original Tour in the Beer Hall. The well tapped Pilsner Urquell beer is of course matched with well-known classics of Czech gastronomy such as freshly mixed beef tartare with fried bread, fried cauliflower, or Pilsner goulash. But you can also find other specialties here. You can order a great strudel with your coffee or traditional sweet buns with vanilla custard. Enjoy.
