Yes! The Original Tour is very informative, and your children will enjoy it, too. However, we don't serve beer to anyone under the legal drinking age (18 years), but don't worry - two non-alcoholic beverages are available instead.

Our Tapster Academy and Beer Sommelier Dinner are reserved for adults only.

Yes.

We serve hot and cold food both in the Výčep U Zvonu and at the end of The Original Tour in the Beer Hall. The well tapped Pilsner Urquell beer is of course matched with well-known classics of Czech gastronomy such as freshly mixed beef tartare with fried bread, fried cauliflower, or Pilsner goulash. But you can also find other specialties here. You can order a great strudel with your coffee or traditional sweet buns with vanilla custard. Enjoy.

The Original Tour is self-guided. Every visitor receives an immersive headset with spatial audio in their preferred language: CZ, EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, JP, CN.

However, the beer tastings are led by professional tapsters, and our knowledgeable tour ambassadors are happy to help as well!

Each 15-minute time slot can accommodate up to 50 persons.

The Tapster Academy takes place in an exclusive private bar with a limited number of spots available for participants. To attend, each individual, including those who plan to observe without actively participating, must possess a valid ticket. This ensures an intimate and immersive experience for all attendees.

Our tour is a self-guided interactive journey which the visitors can take at their own pace; therefore, we cannot guarantee exclusivity. However, we are happy to provide you with an exclusive Tapster Academy class! Please contact us for more information.

Tickets can usually be cancelled or changed 24 hours before the reservation date and only if they have been purchased directly on our website. However, exceptions apply - please read the cancellation terms carefully when creating a booking with us.

Yes, we do! You can easily purchase them at the Gift vouchers section!

You will receive a download code for the gift vouchers right after the purchase, and will be able to download a beautiful voucher ready to print from our website right away.

Nevertheless, you can turn up within our opening hours and purchase your tickets on-site.
