Visitors can discover the story of the world’s first golden lager through interactive exhibits, engaging audiovisual installations and beer tastings. The Pilsner Urquell Experience is located in the heart of Prague at 28. října 377/13, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square and other major landmarks. Its central location makes it easy to include in any visit to the city.

The Original Tour is self-guided. Go at your own pace! Each visitor receives a smart audio headset that guides you with motion-sensing technology. As you move through the exhibit, the audio guide automatically provides stories and insights, allowing you to explore at your own pace. The audio guide is available in 11 languages, including the following: English, Czech, German, Polish, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Portuguese.

People who want to have fun and learn about beer! Visitors of all ages are welcome to discover the story, craft and culture behind the world’s first golden lager. Guests aged 18+ can also take part in our Tapster Academy and Beer Sommelier experiences, which include beer tastings and hands-on activities. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the lively atmosphere of our Beer Hall and Pub Výčep U Zvonu, where you can savour traditional Czech dishes and perfectly poured Pilsner Urquell or a non-alcoholic alternative.

It’s up to you how much time you want to spend, but we recommend setting aside around 1.5 hours for your visit to the Pilsner Urquell Experience. This allows enough time to enjoy The Original Tour (45-60 minutes) and make use of the two complimentary beer tokens included with every ticket in our Beer Hall or at Výčep U Zvonu.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and during peak season. Advance booking helps ensure you have the best experience. However, tickets can also be purchased on-site.

Yes. Tickets can be purchased on-site, subject to availability. We accept both cash and card payments at our ticket kiosks. However, to secure your preferred entry time, we recommend booking online in advance.

Absolutely! You can purchase a 1,000 CZK general gift voucher, as well as vouchers for specific experiences such as The Original Tour, the Tapster Academy and Beer Sommelier Dinner or Lunch. That’s the whole point! As part of The Original Tour, you'll enjoy a tasting beer during the experience. Every ticket also includes two extra complimentary beer tokens, which you can redeem after the tour for expertly poured Pilsner Urquell in our Beer Hall or at Výčep U Zvonu.

Yes! Non-alcoholic alternatives are available throughout the experience. Guests can enjoy a non-alcoholic tasting during The Original Tour and redeem their complimentary beer tokens for non-alcoholic options in our Beer Hall or at Výčep U Zvonu.

Please do! After completing The Original Tour, you're invited to relax in our Beer Hall or at our outdoor terrace Výčep U Zvonu. Your ticket includes two complimentary beer tokens, which you can redeem for perfectly poured Pilsner Urquell beer.

Yes! The Original Tour is very informative, and your children will enjoy it as well. However, we don't serve beer to anyone under the Czech legal drinking age (18+), but don't worry, two non-alcoholic beverages are available instead. Our Tapster Academy and Beer Sommelier Dinner are reserved for adults only.

The Tapster Academy takes place in an exclusive private bar with a limited number of spots available for participants. Each individual in attendance, including those who plan to observe without actively participating, must possess a valid ticket. This ensures an intimate and immersive experience for all guests.

The Original Tour is a self-guided experience, so we are unable to guarantee exclusive access. However, we would be happy to arrange alternative private experiences for your group, including an exclusive Tapster Academy session or a bespoke Beer Sommelier Lunch or Dinner experience. Tickets can usually be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the reservation date and only if they have been purchased directly on our website. However, exceptions do apply.
