Pilsner Urquell: The Original Beer Experience (TOBE) is an immersive exhibition that tells the story of the world's first golden lager using state-of-the-art technology to educate, inspire and entertain visitors with all their senses.

In addition to the visitor exhibition, in the same beautiful Art Nouveau building in the very centre of Prague, we also run a spacious beer hall, a taproom and a brand shop. We also organize exclusive beer-pouring classes, beer tastings, corporate events & team buildings for renowned companies.

Job purpose:

Increasing TOBE's ticket sales through a strong network of trade partners and resellers.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Bringing new business by:

  • Development & fulfilment of monthly and annual plan, budget set up and rate strategy planning with the department head.
  • Preparing and leading sales presentations.
  • Contract negotiation, management and supervision.
  • Business development and acquisition of new clients.
  • Exploring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Evaluating & managing existing partnerships by:

  • Reporting on the performance of each Partner.
  • Account and client relationship management
  • Overviewing invoices & payments both to and from our Partners

Other:

  • Daily cooperation with Operations department
  • Providing the best customer service to our visitors together with other team members
  • Processing groups inquiries together with Operations & Customer Support departments
  • Cooperating on sales materials development & production

THE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Minimum 5 years in a B2B sales role within the tourism industry
  • Good knowledge of Prague's tourism scene and its key players
  • Advanced computer skills – Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & OneDrive) + regular PC tasks.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Good negotiating abilities
  • A strong network of contacts
  • Ability to multitask
